Acceptance of your order
SAISON reserves the right not to accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or that you do not meet the criteria set out within these Terms of Trade. SAISON reserves the right to refuse to process or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Currency, GST and Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.
At the time of making your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent acknowledging the details of your order and reconfirming the delivery address, items purchased and the shipping cost. Please contact us immediately should any of this information be incorrect.
At the time of making a purchase, the shipping cost will be added. A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for all orders unless the order is over $100.00 whereby delivery is free.
Currently SAISON will only ship to addresses within Australia including post office boxes. At this time SAISON is unable to deliver to international addresses. Please allow 4 to 8 working days for delivery.
All parcels are shipped from SAISON's Melbourne warehouse facility using Australia Post E-Parcel or in some cases Toll Ipec. Parcels carry a barcode which is scanned during the delivery process. A signature is required upon delivery. If you would like to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the 'Instructions' section when making your purchase. Please note that if special delivery instructions are provided, SAISON takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items. Should the delivery address be unattended, an 'Attempted Delivery' card will be left and the parcel will be taken to the closest Post Office for collection.
When you order is being dispatchedfrom SAISON's Melbourne warehouse facility, a 'Shipping Confirmation' email will be sent to you with the 'Consignment Number' so you can track the delivery of your order. To track your order, please follow these instructions:

Please note that all purchases on the SAISON website are final so please choose your purchase carefully.
Except in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, exchanges and or refunds are not accepted. Any faulty or incorrectly sent item for return must be advised to SAISON within 5 days from receiving of the order and must follow the following procedure.

Once approval has been received from SAISON, please pack up the goods using the original packaging and return to the below address, including the original tax invoice in the box. We recommend using Registered Post or trackable courier as SAISON takes no responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

Once the product has been returned to our Melbourne warehouse facility we will assess the goods and either replace or issue a full refund. The cost of returning the goods will also be refunded if the product is deemed faulty.
